
Negroamaro Megali
100% Negroamaro del Salento, grapes from vineyards owned by the Tinazzi family in the Taranto province. They are selected and harvested by hand, then they are crushed and destemmed, macerated and fermented at a controlled temperature of 22-26°C for 8-10 days and soft pressed.
A deep red colour with a pleasant aroma made up of fruity and spicy hints of marasca cherries, plums and cinnamon. A structured wine with a 14% strength and a round, harmonic flavour, extremely pleasant to drink.
